Some links to vendors on this page are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the vendor may pay us a commission. How we handle this

Northbeam describes its attribution as first-party: its own pixel, seven attribution models including view-through, and plans set by ad spend. If you're comparing it with other tools, the usual questions are price, contract length and whether you need everything it does. This guide lists the alternatives by the job they do.

Prices are the vendors' listed prices on October 25, 2026, except Triple Whale, where we say what we could confirm on November 5. Several vendors price by revenue, orders or pageviews, so check with your own numbers.

What Northbeam costs and includes

Northbeam's pricing page lists four plans:

  • Starter, listed at $1,500.00 with a quote, for brands spending under $1.5M a year on ads. Its FAQ calls it month-to-month, usage-based pricing for Shopify brands.
  • Professional at $3,500.00 per month, for up to $500K a month in ad spend, on annual terms. It adds unlimited users, platforms other than Shopify and a dedicated media strategist.
  • Growth (sold with a Northbeam partner agency) and Enterprise (more than $500K a month in ad spend), both by quote.

Northbeam's FAQ says the monthly price depends on data volume, measured in pageviews. The product covers seven attribution models (including Clicks + Modeled Views and Clicks + Deterministic Views), Cash Snapshot and Accrual Performance accounting modes, Apex for sending its attribution data to Meta and AppLovin, and MMM+ and incrementality testing as options on higher plans.

Quick comparison

Triple WhaleFree plan; paid prices not publishedAttribution, BI, Sonar
Polar AnalyticsBI with attribution $510.00/mo (under $5M GMV)Data warehouse and dashboards
LebesgueFree plan; Le Pixel attribution $749.00/moProfit dashboards, attribution plan

wetracked.io$49.00/mo (up to 500 orders)Server-side tracking for ad pixels
ElevarFree (100 orders); Core $225.00/moServer-side tracking for Shopify

In our view, the first four compete with Northbeam's attribution and reporting. The last three focus on sending more complete conversion data to ad platforms, which overlaps with what Apex does for Meta; AnyTrack and wetracked.io include reports, and Elevar's pricing page lists tracking and data-quality features.

Triple Whale

Triple Whale

Free plan, paid plans by quote

Attribution with eight models, dashboards and BI, Sonar for ad and email platforms, and an AI agent. Starts with a free plan.

Our view: Triple Whale is the closest match to Northbeam's feature set here (its own pixel and multi-touch attribution); the Northbeam vs Triple Whale guide covers it in detail. In short: its free plan includes the Triple Pixel and first and last click attribution. Multi-touch attribution, the SQL editor and Sonar start on Foundation. Its own pricing page shows no prices and says the price depends on annual GMV. On October 25 its Shopify App Store listing showed Foundation at $219.00 a month and Automate at $749.00. On November 5 that page said the app wasn't currently available, so we couldn't confirm those prices. Ask for a quote. Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions.

We didn't find a modeled-views model or an accrual accounting mode on its pages. Its plans list store reporting, cohort and product analysis and a SQL editor; Northbeam lists attribution dashboards with product and creative analytics. Its comparison table lists MMM and incrementality testing as add-ons, and Compass as included on Enterprise.

Polar Analytics

Polar Analytics

From $510.00/mo

A dedicated Snowflake database per brand, with dashboards, a first-party pixel and multi-touch attribution on top.

Every Polar plan includes a dedicated Snowflake database, a semantic layer of prebuilt ecommerce metrics, the first-party pixel, unlimited users and unlimited historical data. Prices change with annual GMV: for stores under $5M GMV, Business Intelligence (dashboards, custom reports, multi-touch attribution) is listed at $510.00 a month, and the Core plan at $720.00 a month. Incrementality testing is sold separately, with a dedicated data scientist running lift tests.

Lebesgue

Lebesgue

Free plan, paid from $79.00/mo

Profit and ad dashboards with a free plan, plus a higher Le Pixel plan that adds a first-party pixel and attribution.

Lebesgue's analytics plans (free, $79.00 and $149.00 a month) cover profit tracking, ad analytics across Meta, Google and TikTok, and automated ad account audits; Lebesgue says analytics pricing is fixed regardless of store size. Attribution is the Le Pixel: Attribution plan, which the page lists as including all Ultimate AI features, at $749.00 a month, with first touch, last touch, linear, position-based, time decay and Shapley models, server-side tracking and Meta Conversions API. It also supports WooCommerce.

Hyros

Hyros

Price by quote

Attribution built around long buying cycles: reorders, subscription rebills and sales closed on a call.

Hyros has one plan, priced on a setup call according to the revenue it tracks for you, with a setup team included. For stores, Hyros says it specializes in delayed purchases, reorders and subscription rebills, and it sends the sales it attributes back to Meta, Google and TikTok. It has install guides for Shopify (one click), WooCommerce and BigCommerce. The Hyros vs Triple Whale guide has more detail.

Server-side tracking tools

If what you mainly want from Northbeam is better data in the ad platforms (which overlaps with what Apex does for Meta), a server-side tracking tool may cover it for less. These send conversion events to ad platforms from a server as well as the browser.

AnyTrack

Free plan, paid from $100.00/mo

Sends conversions to seven ad platforms on paid plans, priced by sessions. The free plan is reports only.

wetracked.io

From $49.00/mo

Server-side tracking that forwards events to your existing pixels on Meta, TikTok, Google and others, priced by orders.

Elevar

Free plan, paid from $225.00/mo

Server-side tracking and a data layer for Shopify, priced by orders and destinations. Now sold as Audiense Online.

The server-side tracking for Shopify guide compares these with Littledata, Analyzify, Stape, TrackBee and what Shopify's own Meta integration already sends.

How to choose

Our take, based on what each vendor offers:

  • You want to start below Northbeam's listed prices: try Triple Whale's free plan (multi-touch attribution needs a paid plan, so ask for pricing) or Polar next to your current reports.
  • You want the data in your own warehouse: Polar.
  • You want profit dashboards first and attribution second: Lebesgue.
  • Revenue comes from rebills, repeat orders or sales calls: include Hyros.
  • You mainly want ad platforms to optimize on more complete conversions: start with a server-side tool and keep reporting in the ad platforms and GA4.
  • You spend hundreds of thousands a month across many channels and want modeled views, accrual accounting and a media strategist: Northbeam's Professional plan is built for that, so the alternatives may be a step down.

Before switching, check that your current pixels aren't sending duplicate events. In a scan of 245 Shopify stores, 29% of those with visible browser events sent the same page view or product view twice; the attribution software overview has the details.

Common questions

How much does Northbeam cost?

Northbeam's pricing page lists Starter at $1,500.00 with a quote (no billing period shown) for brands spending under $1.5M a year on ads, and Professional at $3,500.00 per month for up to $500K a month in ad spend. Growth and Enterprise are by quote. Its FAQ says the monthly price depends on data volume, measured in pageviews.

What's the cheapest alternative to Northbeam with multi-touch attribution?

Among the tools here that list a price, Polar's Business Intelligence product is $510.00 a month for stores under $5M GMV, and Lebesgue's Le Pixel attribution plan is $749.00 a month. Triple Whale doesn't list one on its own site, where it says price depends on annual GMV. Its Shopify App Store listing showed Foundation at $219.00 a month on October 25, but we couldn't confirm that on November 5.

Does any alternative offer view-through attribution like Northbeam?

Triple Whale has a Clicks & Deterministic Views model built on views the ad platforms verify, similar to Northbeam's Clicks + Deterministic Views. We didn't find an equivalent of Northbeam's Clicks + Modeled Views, which estimates the effect of views with its own model, on the Triple Whale pages we read.

Do I need Northbeam if I'm not on Shopify?

Northbeam's FAQ describes Starter as a plan for Shopify brands, and its pricing page lists other ecommerce platforms on Professional and Enterprise. Among the alternatives, Triple Whale says its pixel works on all commerce platforms, Hyros has WooCommerce and BigCommerce install guides, and Lebesgue supports WooCommerce.
