Triple Whale has four plans: Free, Foundation, Automate and Enterprise. Its own pricing page doesn't show prices for the paid ones. We can't confirm the prices its Shopify App Store listing showed in October, as explained below. This guide covers what each plan includes, how the contract works and what to ask for in a quote.

Plan details come from Triple Whale's pricing page, last read on November 5, 2026. Listing prices and reviews are from October 25, and prices for other tools come from their own pricing pages that day.

The Foundation and Automate prices are from its Shopify App Store listing on October 25, which said charges were in USD and that Triple Whale might bill some of them separately from your Shopify invoice. The listing didn't include Enterprise. On November 5 that page said the app wasn't currently available and showed no prices, so treat these as last seen, not current.

Triple Whale's pricing page offers a walkthrough for Foundation and Automate and a sales contact for Enterprise. Book a walkthrough to ask for pricing at your GMV.

How the pricing works

Triple Whale's own pricing page sets four rules:

  • Price depends on GMV. "All prices are based on a combination of your brand's annual GMV and the package you choose." So your quote may differ from the October listing prices, and neither page said how the two relate.
  • Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions. You choose monthly billing, or annual billing with two months free.
  • You move up as revenue grows. Triple Whale says you'll be moved to the plan for your new revenue tier automatically and told in advance. On an annual prepaid plan, the tier is locked for the year.
  • Users and stores aren't extra. Every paid plan includes unlimited users and connects as many stores as you need.

What each plan includes

Free

The Triple Pixel, first and last click attribution, store performance and logistics reports, integrations with ad platforms, Amazon, email and SMS, a standard post-purchase survey, up to 10 users and 12 months of data retention. Moby is available to try ("Explore Moby" on the comparison table). There's no commitment.

Foundation

Everything in Free, plus multi-touch attribution with all models (the attribution page lists eight) and all lookback windows, unlimited users and data retention, subscription data, creative and product analytics, cohort analysis and a segment builder, no-code custom dashboards and a SQL editor, Sonar Send and Sonar Optimize, and daily use of Moby.

Automate

Everything in Foundation, plus Moby automations (scheduled reports and checks), Moby actions that can adjust budgets, pause ads and launch campaigns within the approval settings you set, Moby Specialists, creative generation (images and video), Moby landing pages, contextual benchmarks and the full AI model library. The Retention (segment syncing) and Conversion (custom events, path and funnel analysis) add-ons are included.

Enterprise

Everything in Automate, plus Compass, which brings multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing together; multi-brand reporting; retail and wholesale data; custom integrations and onboarding. The page lists SOC 2 Type 2, with SSO and audit logs "coming soon". The comparison table also lists a dedicated customer success manager "available for brands with GMV of $10M+". Pricing is through sales.

Add-ons

Triple Whale sells some features as "power-ups" on top of a plan:

  • Retention and Conversion: listed as included on Automate and Enterprise.
  • Compass (MTA + MMM + incrementality): included on Enterprise.
  • Data Warehouse Sync and Moby Concierge: through sales.
  • MMM and incrementality testing: listed as add-ons on the comparison table, including in the Enterprise column, separately from Compass.

Reviews on the Shopify App Store

The last time we could read the listing, on October 25, 2026, it showed a 4.1 rating from 94 reviews: 73 five-star and 17 one-star, with few in between. One five-star review from July 2026, by a store two days into using the app, says Triple Whale "should give more warning about AI usage limitations, especially for the foundation plan". The pricing page says every paid plan includes daily Moby "sized to your business" and that Automate and Enterprise add more capacity; we didn't find usage limits on the pages we read.

Is it worth it

Our take:

  • One ad platform: the free plan is a low-cost way to test the pixel and first and last click numbers before paying for Foundation.
  • Two or more ad platforms: multi-touch attribution starts on Foundation. Get a quote and compare it with Polar ($510.00 a month for BI with attribution under $5M GMV), Lebesgue's attribution plan ($749.00 a month) and Northbeam (Starter listed at $1,500.00 with no billing period shown).
  • Automate: worth it if you'll actually let Moby run scheduled jobs and act in ad accounts. If you mainly read dashboards, Foundation has the reporting.
  • Before signing: ask for the price at your next GMV tier too, since the plan runs for 12 months and moves up automatically.

The Triple Whale alternatives guide covers the other tools in more detail, and the Triple Whale guide explains the product itself.

Common questions

Does Triple Whale have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes the Triple Pixel, first and last click attribution, up to 10 users and 12 months of data, with no commitment. Multi-touch attribution, Sonar and the SQL editor start on Foundation.

How much is Triple Whale Foundation?

We can't confirm a current price. Triple Whale's own pricing page shows no prices and says the price depends on your annual GMV and the package. On October 25 its Shopify App Store listing showed Foundation at $219.00 a month or $2,190.00 a year. On November 5 that page said the app wasn't currently available, so ask for a quote.

Is Sonar included or extra?

Included. Triple Whale's pricing FAQ says Sonar Send and Sonar Optimize come standard with Foundation, Automate and Enterprise at no additional cost.

Can I pay monthly?

You can be billed monthly, but Foundation, Automate and Enterprise are 12-month subscriptions. Paying yearly gives two months free and locks your GMV tier for the year.

What happens to the price if my revenue grows?

Triple Whale says you'll move to the plan that matches your new revenue tier automatically, with notice in advance. On an annual prepaid plan the tier stays locked until renewal.
