These four apps pull Shopify orders, product costs, shipping, fees and ad spend into one profit number, and all four price by monthly orders. The headline prices are hard to compare because the order limits differ and some plans charge for extra orders, so the tables below work out what each app costs at the same volume.

All prices are the vendors' listed monthly prices in US dollars on November 4, 2026. We haven't run these apps on a live store, so everything here comes from their pricing pages and Shopify App Store listings. We earn a commission if you buy TrueProfit through our link. We don't have affiliate links for the other three.

What each app costs at the same order volume

Each cell is the lowest monthly price for that volume: the plan whose limit covers it, or a smaller plan plus extra-order fees where the vendor lists them. Features aren't taken into account here.

App500 orders2,000 orders
Profit Calc$39.00$149.00
Lifetimely$49.00$149.00
BeProfit$49.00 to $64.00$149.00 to $239.00
TrueProfit$60.00$150.00
App1,000 orders5,000 orders
Profit Calc$79.00$249.00
BeProfit$99.00 to $129.00$249.00, see below
TrueProfit$100.00$305.00
Lifetimely$149.00$299.00

The BeProfit ranges exist because its pricing page disagrees with itself on extra-order fees, which the BeProfit section covers. The cheapest price isn't always the plan you'd want, because TrueProfit and BeProfit keep some features for higher plans. Lifetimely and Profit Calc don't: each lists the same features on every paid plan.

TrueProfit

TrueProfit

From $35.00/mo

Net profit dashboard with COGS, shipping, fees and ad spend from Facebook, Google, TikTok, Bing, Snapchat and Amazon. Features step up by plan.

PlanPrice and ordersAdded on this plan
Basic$35.00 for 300Profit dashboard, LTV, custom costs
Advanced$60.00 for 600Product analytics, P&L report, Shopify Shipping sync
Ultimate$100.00 for 1,500Custom ad sync rules, unlimited COGS zones
Enterprise$200.00 for 3,500Marketing attribution, TrueProfit MCP, priority support

Extra orders cost $0.30 on Basic, $0.20 on Advanced, $0.10 on Ultimate and $0.07 on Enterprise. The monthly surcharge stops at $300.00, $500.00, $700.00 and $1,000.00 respectively. The plans also allow 1, 2, 5 and 10 marketing accounts per channel.

Those fees set when it's cheaper to move up. Advanced costs less than Basic from about 383 orders a month, Ultimate costs less than Advanced from 800, and Enterprise costs less than Ultimate from 2,500.

Our view: TrueProfit has the most reviews of the four, at 4.9 from 923 on the App Store. Its weak spot on price is the gap to attribution, which is only on the $200.00 plan, and it has no yearly discount unless you run more than five stores. There's a 14-day free trial on every plan.

Lifetimely

Lifetimely

Free plan, paid from $49.00/mo

Daily P&L and customer analytics, including predicted lifetime value, with the same features on every paid plan.

Lifetimely, made by AMP, is free up to 50 orders a month. Paid plans run by order limit: S is $49.00 for 500, M is $149.00 for 3,000, L is $299.00 for 7,000, and larger plans go up to $999.00 a month.

Every paid plan has the same features, including its Profit Agent, Lifetimely MCP, ad attribution (spend, ROAS and CPC), unlimited integrations and unlimited users. The free plan includes predicted LTV but leaves those out, along with repurchase reports, payback period and 24/7 support. Amazon data costs another $75.00 a month. AMP doesn't list an extra-order fee and says it will contact you to change plan if you stay over your limit for two months.

Our view: the gap from S to M is large, so Lifetimely costs the most of the four at 1,000 orders and matches Profit Calc at 3,000. It suits stores that care about repeat purchases and lifetime value as much as daily profit. It's rated 4.9 from 595 reviews, with a 14-day free trial on paid plans up to XXL.

BeProfit

BeProfit

Free plan, paid from $49.00/mo

Contribution profit by order and product, profit on ad spend next to ROAS, and a daily profit email. Free up to 150 orders a month.

BeProfit lists Basic at $49.00 for 450 orders, Pro at $99.00 for 900, Ultimate at $149.00 for 1,700 and Plus at $249.00. The free plan has the same features as Basic, up to 150 orders on one store. On its pricing page, UTM attribution, LTV cohorts, simulators and the real-time P&L report start on Ultimate. Its App Store listing shows a P&L report on Pro. MCP is on every plan, including Free, with credits that vary by plan.

Two things on its pricing page don't line up, so ask BeProfit before you choose a plan:

  • Extra orders. All four plan cards say "No extra order fee." The FAQ says orders over the limit on monthly Basic, Pro and Scale plans cost $0.30 each, up to $500.00 per billing cycle. It doesn't mention Ultimate, so the $239.00 at 2,000 orders assumes the same fee applies there.
  • Large stores. The FAQ names Scale and Enterprise plans that aren't on the cards, with Enterprise priced from $249.00 for up to 3,000 orders to $1,499.00 at 75,000 or more. The App Store listing shows Plus at the same $249.00 with unlimited orders.

Our view: the free plan is the most generous of the four, so it's a sensible place to start under 150 orders. It has the lowest App Store rating here, 4.5 from 203 reviews. Paid plans on the App Store have a 14-day free trial and a yearly option that saves 20%.

Profit Calc

Profit Calc

From $39.00/mo

Net profit from orders, COGS, shipping, taxes and ad spend, with P&L reporting. Plans differ only by order limit.

Profit Calc has the simplest pricing here. Starter is $39.00 for 500 orders, Growth is $79.00 for 1,500, Pro is $149.00 for 3,000 and Unlimited (called Scale on its own site) is $249.00. Every plan has a 15-day free trial, and the App Store listing shows the same features on each. Starter, Growth and Pro save 17% on a yearly plan.

Our view: it's the cheapest paid option at 500 and 1,000 orders, and flat pricing makes the bill easy to predict. It also has the fewest reviews, a 5.0 rating from 66, so there's less to go on. Its listing covers multi-currency stores, VAT and cash on delivery, which matters if you sell across borders.

Which one to try first

These are our suggestions from the listed prices and features:

  • Under 150 orders a month: start with BeProfit's free plan, or Lifetimely's if you're under 50 orders and want predicted LTV.
  • Around 500 to 1,500 orders, profit numbers only: Profit Calc costs the least. TrueProfit Ultimate is $21.00 more at 1,000 to 1,500 orders and has more reviews (923 against 66).
  • Repeat purchases matter most: Lifetimely. Predicted LTV is on every plan, and repurchase rate and time between orders are on paid plans.
  • You want attribution in the same app: compare Lifetimely's paid plans, which list ad attribution from $49.00, with BeProfit Ultimate at $149.00 and TrueProfit Enterprise at $200.00.

A profit app's attribution is a different job from a dedicated attribution platform. If ad attribution is the main question, see attribution software for Shopify. All four offer a trial or free plan, so check the numbers against your own Shopify reports for a month before paying for a year.

Common questions

How much does TrueProfit cost?

TrueProfit lists four monthly plans. Basic is $35.00 for 300 orders, Advanced is $60.00 for 600, Ultimate is $100.00 for 1,500 and Enterprise is $200.00 for 3,500. Which Shopify profit app has a free plan?

Lifetimely is free up to 50 orders a month and BeProfit is free up to 150 orders a month on one store. TrueProfit and Profit Calc offer free trials of 14 and 15 days instead.

Is TrueProfit or BeProfit cheaper?

At 1,000 orders a month, TrueProfit Ultimate is $100.00. BeProfit Pro is $99.00, or $129.00 if its $0.30 extra-order fee applies, because its plan cards and FAQ disagree on that fee. At 500 orders, TrueProfit Advanced is $60.00 and BeProfit Basic is $49.00 to $64.00.

Which TrueProfit plan includes marketing attribution?

TrueProfit's pricing table and Shopify App Store listing put marketing attribution on Enterprise, at $200.00 a month. Its pricing table also lists TrueProfit MCP on Enterprise only.
